The villa faces Chat’n Chill, Peace & Plenty Beach Club, Kahari Resort & St. Francis Hotel all in the harbor. And, George Town just a 1 mile drive away for convenience.
Beach & Outdoor Goodies, too! Two kayaks, two adult life jackets, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, hard and soft cooler and LL Bean and huge beach bag! And, pickle ball rackets and balls, Woosh outside game and sand ring toss.

Huge primary bedroom with tray ceiling, a king size bed that opens through French doors onto the veranda with breathtaking views. It has a full en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, and double vanity. The first large guest bedroom has a king size bed, and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with magnificent water views. Second large guest bedroom offers two twin XL beds (can be converted to a king bed) that shares a full sized bathroom.
