3 bedroom/3 bath, oceanfront villa with private access to steps leading into the sea.
2 king oceanfront bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom (2 XL twin beds that can be converted to a king) facing the garden. Sleeps 6 people.
Primary king with en suite bath, guest king and twin rooms share a full bath upstairs & 1/2 bath on main floor.

The February Point community is an 80 acre, private and gated community with many amenities, only 1 mile East of George Town: Rusty Anchor Restaurant, two secluded beaches, two infinity pools, The Seaview Spa, tennis courts, private marina and fiber optic internet.

***Overnight dock rental option available at the February Point marina(fees apply) and daytime mooring available at the villa!***

Overnight dock rental option at the February Point Marina: fees apply. Only a 2 minute walk from the villa.

 

The protected bay in front of the villa offers calmer waters for kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, floating and more! With a naked eye, you can see Stocking Island where Coconut Club, Chat’n Chill, Snappy Turtle & St. Francis, Starfish Beach and the Monument.

Sea Star Villa is located 3 villas to the left of the first private beach on the right hand side of the picture with the smaller pool. The Beach Club, located on the left and upper hand side of the picture above, includes a large infinity pool, another secluded beach, the Rusty Anchor Restaurant and The Seaview Spa, just a 2 minute walk from the villa.

The private marina is located on the top of the picture in front of the tallest building.

“A well-appointed home on a wonderful property near Georgetown and an easy boat ride to nearby islands. An added benefit of being within gated community with other amenities. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions we had, though there were few as we were provided a wealth of information about the property and the island. The villa was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail taken care of to make us feel at home.

The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful, private, and just steps away from the most breathtaking water we’ve ever seen. Waking up to those views each morning felt like a dream. The outdoor space was equally amazing, perfect for relaxing, dining, or just soaking in the natural beauty around us.

The hosts Margaret & Anna were wonderful, responsive, and so welcoming, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already talking about when we can return!
